If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returned products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. They must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Return postage costs are your responsibility. Made-to-order products unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will offer you a solution.
Refund of Returned Products
Once the products have been received and inspected, an email will notify you of the result. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days.
Replacement of Products
We will replace or refund (at your option) products damaged on their way to you. If you want to exchange one product for another, this is possible within 14 days of receiving it. Return and reshipment costs are your responsibility.
Delivery
To return purchased products, contact us at info@biolo.bg and send the products to: BIOLO, Plovdiv, Severen District, 4 Alen Mak Street, phone +359(0) 888 602 503. The buyer is responsible for the successful delivery of the products to us.
